서울, 2020년 9월 7일 – 에너지 효율 혁신을 주도하는 온세미컨덕터(Nasdaq: ON)는 키이스 잭슨(Keith D. Jackson) 온세미컨덕터 회장 겸 CEO가 2021년 5월부로 은퇴한다고 발표했다. 키이스 잭슨 회장은 은퇴 전까지 현재의 역할을 계속 유지하며 이사회가 후임자를 찾는데 도움을 줄 계획이다. 키이스 잭슨 회장은 또한 은퇴와 동시에 이사회 멤버에서도 물러나게 되어, 2021년에 있을 온세미컨덕터 연례 주주총회에서 재선임 되지 않을 것으로 예상된다.
