中国上海 - 2025年9月 24日--安森美(onsemi，美国纳斯达克股票代号：ON) 宣布已与奥拉半导体（Aura Semiconductor）达成协议，获得其Vcore电源技术及相关知识产权（IP）许可。此项战略交易将增强安森美的电源管理产品组合与路线图，加速实现公司在人工智能（AI）数据中心应用中覆盖从电网到核心的完整电源系统的愿景。
