Bio
Achyut Shah joined onsemi in April 2026 as the group president for the Power Solutions Group. Achyut brings more than 25 years of executive leadership and technology experience, with a proven track record of delivering sustained growth and innovation across enterprise data centers, communications, automotive and consumer markets. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Marvell Technology, where he led multi billion dollar business units spanning processors, connectivity, storage and automotive technologies.
Prior to Marvell, Achyut spent more than two decades at Maxim Integrated, holding a range of leadership roles across analog and mixed signal technologies and end markets. He ultimately led the Data Center and Communications businesses, with responsibility for driving advances in power and optical communication solutions. Throughout his career, Achyut has built and scaled global organizations, driven profitable growth and developed differentiated power, analog, mixed signal and system level solutions in close collaboration with leading OEMs and hyperscaler customers.
Achyut brings deep expertise in power technologies, including high efficiency, high density solutions for data centers and communications infrastructure, as well as advanced automotive and battery management systems. His leadership experience includes successfully integrating acquisitions, aligning R&D investment with customer roadmaps and building high performing teams capable of delivering complex technologies at scale. Achyut’s combination of technical depth, strategic vision and customer focus supports onsemi’s continued execution and growth in power and intelligent system solutions.
Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University.
