Jon Imperato

Bio

Jon Imperato is senior vice president of sales and applications at onsemi, joining the company in January 2026. Jon brings more than 25 years of global sales leadership experience in the semiconductor and technology industries. Recognized for his strategic vision and people-centric approach, Jon has a proven track record of driving transformation and exceptional growth having led initiatives that resulted in significant double digit year-over-year revenue growth.

Prior to onsemi, Jon has also held pivotal roles at Analog Devices and Maxim Integrated, overseeing large, diverse global sales organizations and introducing programs that foster pipeline development, customer satisfaction and mass-market expansion.

Jon’s expertise spans sales, field application engineering, marketing, customer and sales operations and channel management, consistently delivering outstanding results for premier global corporations. He is known for developing innovative sales strategies, leading successful mergers and acquisitions, conducting organizational assessments and building high-performing teams. His leadership has resulted in above-market growth and improved alignment between sales and business units.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Management from Texas Christian University.
