We will present a 3kW power supply design using a synchronous rectified full-bridge LLC topology with a totem-pole PFC analog front end. The combination of the low losses in the 650V EliteSiC MOSFETs with onsemi’s intelligent power control from the totem pole and LLC controllers enables outstanding efficiency in a compact form factor.
