onsemi Annual Meeting of Stockholders

onsemi is holding its annual meeting of stockholders at the company's corporate headquarters here in Scottsdale, Arizona (5701 N. Pima Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85250) on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. MST. The meeting provides another forum for our management team to communicate the company's progress to our stockholders. Stockholders of onsemi who are interested in attending the meeting and voting in person can meet at the security desk starting at 7:30 a.m. and will be escorted to the conference room where the meeting will be held.
