PHOENIX (August 10, 1999) - ON Semiconductor today announced it has selected Brodeur Worldwide, to develop and execute its global public relations programs. ON Semiconductor, the world's leading supplier of analog, logic and discrete components, announced a leveraged management buyout from Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector in May, led by the Texas Pacific Group. Coordinating efforts from its Phoenix office, Brodeur Worldwide will manage global media relations for ON Semiconductor to ensure the messages of the new company are communicated consistently and simultaneously throughout the world.
