Dow Jones Sustainability Indices, North America
In 2020, ON Semiconductor was named to the North America Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) for a third year in a row. Companies are selected for inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI),
and several other sustainability indices on the basis of their results in the Standard and Poor (S&P) Global CSA (Corporate Sustainability Assessment) which measures sustainability through the assessment of numerous criteria such as corporate governance,
customer relations, environmental policy, working conditions and social initiatives. ON Semiconductor is also one of 631 sustainability leaders selected for inclusion in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2021.

In December 2020, ON Semiconductor completed received platinum recognition from EcoVadis, an assessment to evaluate the company’s CSR initiatives.
ON Semiconductor achieved an overall score of 85 out of 100, placing ON Semiconductor among the top 1% of companies assessed by EcoVadis, in the manufacture of electronic components and boards industry.
The score signifies ON Semiconductor’s structure and proactive approach to CSR; engagements, policies and tangible actions on issues with detailed implementation information; comprehensive CSR reporting on actions and key performance indicators;
innovative practices and external recognition.
