onsemi Launches Highly Efficient USB Power Delivery Solutions

NCP1345 是一款准谐振 (QR) 反激式控制器,应用于高性能离线电源和 USB Type-C PD 快速充电。 高频 QR 工作(高达 350 kHz)能减小磁性器件的尺寸。 由于内置恒定输出电流限制,NCP1345兼容受限制电源 (LPS) 的要求,而快速频率返走功能确保出色的轻载能效。

安森美另一款新品NCP1623 是小尺寸的升压功率因数校正 (PFC) 控制器,额定功率达 300 W,应用于 USB PD 快充适配器和计算机电源。该器件在重载时以临界导电模式 (CrM) 工作,然后随着负载的减少进入非连续导电模式 (DCM),以在额定负载和轻载时都能实现能效最大化。 NCP1623 在低输入电压可将能效提高到 2%,睡眠模式用电 <100 μA,优化空载输入电源状态。

NCP4307是一个高性能驱动器,可在多种高性能开关电源拓扑中与同步整流 (SR) MOSFET 一起使用。 该器件将从内部一个 200 V CS 引脚自供电,实现上桥配置和低 VOUT,而不需要一个辅助电源。 双 VCC 引脚选择最佳 VCC 源端以尽量降低损耗,从而优化宽范围 VOUT 应用的设计。
