NCP1680采用新颖的限流结构和线路相位检测机制,简化了无桥图腾柱PFC的设计。其控制回路支持带有谷底开关的恒定导通时间的CrM架构。为满足当今全球轻载运行能效标准,它在频率反走运行期间以谷底同步导通的非连续导通模式(DCM)工作。

采用NCP1680,在外部只需要一些简单的元器件就可实现全功能的图腾柱PFC,从而节省了空间和元器件成本。进一步减少元器件数量,无需采用霍尔效应传感器即可实现逐周期电流限制。

NCP1680采用SOIC-16封装,也可作为评估平台的一部分,支持快速开发和调试先进的图腾柱PFC设计。
