Consistent with the IATF rule for issuing TS-16949 certificates, please note the ON Semiconductor Assembly and Test sites are the only sites that have a Certificate of Approval. The remaining sites, fabs, design and other support organizations supporting assembly and test sites, are listed on the Certificate Schedule.
