XGS CMOS Image Sensors for High-Resolution Industrial Imagin   

PHOENIX, Ariz. – 19 October, 2020 – ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ON), driving energy efficient innovations, has expanded their XGS family of image sensors with high performance, low noise products that offer 12-bit image quality at a high frame rate. The new offerings include the XGS 45000 , the XGS 30000 and the XGS 20000 , which provide detailed imaging with up to 45 Mp for resolution critical applications and up to 60 fps in 8K video mode. Also available is the new XGS 5000 , designed with low power performance and state-of-the art image quality for compact 29 x 29 mm2 camera designs. Alongside the XGS 5000, 3 Mp and 2 Mp variants have been released for production.

CMOS Global Shutter Image Sensor for Machine Vision and M/R   

PHOENIX, Ariz. – 7 October, 2020 – ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq:ON), driving energy efficient innovations, has introduced the AR0234CS 2.3 Mp CMOS image sensor with global shutter technology. The high-performance sensor is designed for a variety of applications including machine vision cameras, AR/VR/MR headsets, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and barcode readers.

In-Cabin Monitoring System with Ambarella/Eyeris at AutoSens   

AutoSens – Brussels, BELGIUM - 17 September, 2019 – ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ON), driving energy efficient innovations, will feature a complete in-cabin monitoring system inclusive of driver monitoring and occupancy monitoring functions at AutoSens Conference in Brussels, Belgium. The demonstration includes multiple sensor types from ON Semiconductor - the 1 Megapixel (MP) Global Shutter AR0144AT image sensor and three 2.3 MP RGB-IR image sensors.

ON Semiconductor announces the introduction of the ARX3A0   

The ARX3A0 digital image sensor with 0.3 Mega-Pixel (MP) resolution in a 1:1 aspect ratio. With up to 360 frames per second (fps) capture rate it can perform like a global shutter in many conditions but with the size, performance and responsivity benefits of being a Back-Side Illuminated (BSI) rolling shutter sensor. With its small size, square format and high frame rate, ARX3A0 is particularly suitable for emerging Machine Vision, Artificial Intelligence and AR/VR applications, as well as small supplemental security cameras.

New Options for Low-Light Industrial Imaging Applications   

PHOENIX, AZ – Sept. 27, 2016 – ON Semiconductor (Nasdaq: ON ), driving energy efficient innovations, has announced three new devices for driving3-phase BLDC motors via 180 degree sinusoidal waveforms. Designed for use in cooling fans of household appliances such as refrigerators, as well as games consoles and computing equipment, the LV8811, LV8813, and LV8814 have voltage ranges of 3.6 volts (V) to 16 V, 6 to 16 V, and 3.6 to 16 V respectively. These highly integrated, software-lessmotor driverssimplify motor control circuit design by eliminating software development time. In addition, these devices reduce acoustic noise and vibration, and enable deployment of energy efficient motor controls. They can be controlled by a single Hall sensor, reducing system costs. Motor speed can be set by either a pulse width modulated (PWM) signal or a DC voltage. Furthermore, their lead angle can easily be adjusted.
