NCP81074A gate driver problem

Hi,

I’am working on an inverter in power electronics, i’m using a full bridge power module and the NCP81074A as a gate driver.
My inverter works and can go from 0 to 40 Amps (which is the maximum). But my problem comes when i try to measure the drain-source low side mosfet voltage to the scope, the maximum output current goes to 25A and if i try to have more than that the High side driver NCP81074 get damaged every time.
Does anyone have any idea of the reasons to that problem ?
