NCP139 WLCSP-6 Evaluation Board 1V8

Overview

The demo board supports the Bias Rail LDO regulator NCP139 in WLCSP6 1.2 x 0.8 mm package with Output Voltage 1.8 V and Bias Voltage in range from 3 V up to 5.5 V. It is a 700 mA very low dropout device equipped with NMOS pass transistor and a separate bias supply voltage rail. The device provides very stable, accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications, the NCP139 features low IQ consumption. The device is available with or without active discharge feature.

  • Logic Level Enable Input for ON/OFF Control
  • Output Active Discharge Option Available
  • Stable with a 10 uF Ceramic Capacitor
  • Available in WLCSP6 1.2 mm x 0.8 mm x 0.4 mm Package
  • These Devices are Pb−Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free and are RoHS Compliant
