Overview

The CM1682 is a two channel low-pass audio EMI filter array with ESD protection that reduces EMI/RFI emissions while providing robust protection from ESD strikes. The ESD protection diodes connected to the filter ports safely dissipate ESD strikes of ±8kV.

  • Headset microphone port in mobile handsets
  • Two channels of EMI filtering
  • Pi-style filters in a capacitor-resistor-capacitor (C-R-C) network
  • 8kV ESD protection (IEC 61000-4-2, contact discharge)
  • Greater than 40dB of attenuation at 1GHz
  • I/O port protection and EMI filtering for mobile handsets, notebook computers, PDAs etc.
