Overview

The NCP81418 is a slave−only, 50 A, electronically resettable, in−line fuse used in server−based, high current 12 V hot−swap
applications, where NCP81428 serves as the Master. The NCP81418 consists of a very low 0.65 m NMOS FET, a high performance Hot−Swap Controller, all co−packaged into a LQFN32 package. The low RDSon MOSFET ensures minimal conduction losses and the leadframe around the FET efficiently couples heat away.
