2.5 MHz, Fixed-Output Synchronous TinyBoost® Regulator

Overview

The FAN48695 is a low−power boost regulator designed to provide a regulated output voltage from a single cell Lithium or Li−Ion battery. The device maintains output voltage regulation within the recommended operating conditions. The combination of built−in power transistors, synchronous rectification and low supply current make the FAN48695 ideal for battery−powered applications. The FAN48695 is available in a 9−bump, 0.4 mm pitch, Wafer−Level Chip Scale Package (WLCSP).
