The portfolio of Brushless Motor Drivers from ON Semiconductor includes a variety of single and multi-channel devices operating with SPI, Parallel, or PWM control modes. These low voltage and low-saturation drivers can perform in several states, including forward, reverse, brake, standby, and high impedance. Protections include Under-voltage & Over-voltage Lockout, Per Channel Fault Reporting, Over-current & Over-Temperature Protection, and High-side & Low-side Under-load Detection. Providing for simple design and small footprint, applications for ON Semiconductor Brushless Motor Drivers include industrial, computing and peripherals, DC motor management for HVAC, portable and wireless equipment. The portfolio also includes AEC-Q101 Qualified and PPAP Capable options specifically engineered and qualified for automotive industry applications.
