The NSPU2131 is designed to protect voltage sensitive components from ESD and Surge events. It provides protection for the following IEC Standards: IEC61000−4−2 Level 4: ±30 kV Contact Discharge and IEC61000−4−5 (Lightning) 90 A (8/20 µs)

  • Protection for the following IEC Standards:
