NSPM5131 is a 13.5 V Unidirectional Surge Protection Device in UDFN 6 (1.8 mm x 2.0 mm) package. This is 160 A (IEC 61000−4−5, 8 x 20 µs) capable device that protects the power supply rail of mobile, consumer and computing applications from surge strikes by clamping at 20.5 V at 100 A
