NSPM1041B is a 4.8 V, 125 A surge capable device in UDFN 2.0 x 1.25 package designed to protect voltage sensitive components from ESD and surge events.

NSPM1041 has excellent clamping capability, low leakage, high peak pulse current handling capability and fast response time which all provide the best in class protection on designs that are exposed to ESD.
