AMIS-49200 and AMIS-49250 Fieldbus MAU (media access units) are transceiver chips for low speed FOUNDATION Fieldbus® and Profibus® PA devices.
AMIS-49200 was designed to be a near pin-for-pin replacement of the Yokogawa µSAA22Q MAU. 'Near pin-for-pin' means that associated component values may change, but no board changes are required.
AMIS-49250 is a small, micro-lead frame version, in a 7.0 x 7.0 mm NQFP-44 package.
