Regarding ADT7473 functionality

Dear Team,

We have been using ADT7470 from analog devices which drives 4 fan with four PWM.
Now we are replacing it with ADT7473.
But in datasheet its provided that ADT7473 can drive upto 4 fans.
But in actual circuit diagram and pin configurations only three PWM pins are mentioned.
What about 4th PWM pin?
Can ADT7473 drive 4 fans?
Kindly help to understand its pin functionality.
