The following popup error appears when Ax-Configuration Utility is unable to load a project:

Solution
The error occurs when you try to open a project at the wrong address. To properly open a project you need to enter inside the folder until you see the project’s contents as shown below. This is because the GUI will open the project successfully only when finding a file named “axradiolabstate.xml”.
