NCV59801CML120TCGEVB: NCP59801 DFNW-8 3x3 1V2 EVAL BOARD

The demo board supports the PMOS LDO regulator NCV59801 in DFNW8 3 x 3 mm package with fixed output voltage and input voltage in range from 1.6 V up to 5.5 V. It is a 1 A very low dropout device equipped with PMOS pass transistor. The device provides very stable, accurate output voltage with low noise suitable for space constrained, noise sensitive applications. In order to optimize performance for battery operated portable applications, the NCV59801 features low Iq consumption. The device is available with or without active discharge feature.
