Evaluation Board | T30HM1TS2500EVB

The T30HM1TS2500EVB is a compact platform designed to evaluate the functionality, performance, and system integration of the onsemi’s S2500.

Digital connectivity is provided through a multi?pin interface and a PMOD-compatible header, enabling straightforward control and monitoring via external microcontrollers or development platforms.

The interface exposes key signals including SPI (MOSI, MISO, CLK, CS), interrupt (INT), wake control (WAKE), reset (RST), inhibit (INH), digital I/O, and clock output (CLKO), facilitating full access to device configuration and diagnostics. 

The evaluation board supports a wide input supply range of 5 V to 40 V, making it suitable for 12?V and 24?V systems.

On-board circuitry includes a switching regulator, reducing external component requirements during evaluation. A dedicated WAKE push button allows quick testing of low-power and wake-up behavior without external control hardware.
