NCV78925 Daughter Board Top Side Cooling

Overview

The NCV78925R2DAGEVB is a form factor Reference Design of High Efficiency Dual Channel 1.6 A Synchronous Buck LED Driver with Integrated High and Bottom Side Switches and Current Sensing for Automotive Front Lighting. The reference design can be interfaced via I/O pins and the SPI bus to an external microcontroller. It can be combined with Multiphase Boost Controller daughter boards and create evaluation kit which provides a complete solution turning SPI commands into LED string control.
Combined with NCV78964R1DAGEVB Daughter Board, it provides 4 Buck channels on LEDGEN4PEVK Gen 4+ LED Driver Evaluation Kit.

Note: This board can be used with the LEDGEN4PEVK Gen 4+ LED Driver Evaluation Kit.
