NCP130BMX080TCG Bias Rail LDO Regulator Demo Board

Overview

The demo board supports the Bias Rail LDOregulator NCP130 in XDFN6 1.2 x 1.2 mmpackage with Output Voltage 0.8 V and BiasVoltage in range from 2.4 V up to 5.5 V. It isa 300 mA very low dropout device equippedwith NMOS pass transistor and a separate biassupply voltage rail. The device provides verystable, accurate output voltage with low noisesuitable for space constrained, noise sensitiveapplications. In order to optimize performancefor battery operated portable applications, theNCP130 features low IQ consumption. Thedevice is available with or without activedischarge feature.

  • Logic Level Enable Input for ON/OFF Control
  • Output Active Discharge Option Available
  • Stable with a 1 uF Ceramic Capacitor
  • Available in XDFN6 1.2 mm x 1.2 mm x 0.37 mm Package
  • These Devices are Pb−Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free and are RoHS Compliant
