Phoenix, AZ - February 15, 2000 - ON Semiconductor today introduced the availability of the LS TTL Logic Data Book. The data book offers much more than just data sheets. It is a reference book that contains a device selector guide, a description of circuit characteristics, a listing of factors to consider during design, and data sheets. Also included are a glossary of symbols and terms used in the data book, a form to request information on the performance of the devices, reliability data and packaging specifications. The selector guide lists the general characteristics of the portfolio of TTL products by function.
LS TTL devices provide logic functions for more mature designs where no plans exist to update the technology of the designs. They are intended to eliminate re-qualification costs and effort on existing design styles of low volume modules used in communication, industrial and automotive applications. This device data book is ON Semiconductor's continuing commitment to legacy logic families and will find great appeal with designers who intend to maintain their existing designs with dependable logic functions.
Copies of the LS TTL Data Book can be obtained, at no cost, by simply requesting DL121/D via any of the methods listed below.
