Padma Thiruvengadam

Bio

Padma Thiruvengadam joined onsemi in December 2022 as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Padma is a seasoned executive with expertise in elevating organizational performance across global enterprises in several industries, and leading companies through growth and transformation with a keen focus on corporate strategy and people objectives in both domestic and international markets.

Before joining onsemi, she served as the CHRO at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, where she led the business to achieve Global Top Employer certification for three years in a row and played an integral role in orchestrating the integration of the largest acquisition in the pharmaceutical industry. Through her impressive career, she has also served as the CPO for The Lego Company; CHRO and CVP of Strategic Initiatives and Operational Excellence for Integra Life Sciences; VP of Asia Pacific and Canada for Pfizer’s oncology business unit; and SVP, Human Resources Executive in two different business groups at Bank of America.

Padma holds a master’s degree from the University of Madras and a bachelor’s degree from Osmania University, both in India.
