We are trying to develop a 120W auxiliary power supply (APS) with half bridge topology resonant converter using FAN73912 (Half-Bridge, Gate-Driver IC) the input to the APS is 400V - 800V DC supply. But as we are giving more than 650 V the IC is damaging.
