Product Description
The NCP392A is an overvoltage front end protection capable of disconnecting the systems from its output pin in case wrong input operating conditions are detected, up to +28 V. Over Voltage Threshold is internally set or can be externally programmable.
The device is compliant to IEC61000-4-5 both 1.2/50us and 10/700us and up to 86 V.
