MyAMIS has been integrated into MyON

As a result of the acquisition of AMI Semiconductor by ON Semiconductor, MyAMIS has been integrated into MyON, a system that will perform the same functionality you are familiar with through MyAMIS.

For future reference, you can access MyON from the ON Semiconductor web site at https://www.onsemi.com. The "MyON Sign In or Register" link is located just below the main header and search bar, immediately following the Quality tab.

You will receive a new MyON Login ID and Password by email. If for some reason you do not receive it please email us at MyAmisSupport@onsemi.com

Go to MyON now, login and view former MyAMIS services via the links in the left navigation under "Services".
