Hello,\nI like to sailboat and wants to change incandescent sailboat lights for LED ones. Consider that at night you will be using lights and the battery will be falling down. In this case, which will be the best LED driver topology in order to maintant an acceptable lighting level. I mean, which topology gives you for more time the CC current need it by your LEDs.\nthank you\n\nMarcelo

We recommend using buck-boost topology. For instance NCP3065 is designed to deliver constant current for HB LED. Or NCP5030 which is based on current mode architecture and utilizes fixed frequency synchronous buck boost switching topology. Please visit our www.onsemi.com for more details. Thank you.
