I'm using an ON zener in my circuit (part number 1N5333B and some 1N5333BG). I need to know the zener voltage at 2 amps of zener current. The ON spec sheet is spec sheet has a figure 7 that I need help interpreting. I'm not sure which curve is correct for my diode AND the graph truncates at 1 amp. Can anyone help?

Izm if the max current that can flow through at the rated VZ. Per datasheet, we guarantee for Izm at 1440mA for 1N5333B.

If you want to apply 2A, the power will exceed 5W therefore it will damage the part. It is advised that you keep the current at less than 1440mA.

Yes, our IV graph only shows current up to 1A. If you want to know the voltage at 2A, we can test the units in the lab to get the data.
