Power factor correction chip most appropriate for designing 75W power supply from 480VAC? We have been using the NCP1652 (over 22,000 in past 4 years) on our power supplies that operate off 90-277VAC for a 72Wmax output. We are looking to design a 480VAC version of this power supply that can either do 277-480VAC or just 480VAC.
For high voltage line input range you can consider NCP1652 and one of our IGBT’s.
