Ref: MJ11032 I believe that the MJ11032 device contains two die in parallel. Can you confirm this? Do you have a device with similar voltage and current ratings with a lower RqJC ? Is a similar or larger part available in a different package? i.e. T0-247 I am investigating for a linear power supply upgrade in a pulse amplifier application. Do you have any data available for the long term reliability of these parts in pulsed applications? Can the Aluminum bond wires have a tendency to work harden? Lowell Broadband Power Technology

Yes, the MJ11032 contains two die in one TO-3 package. The MJ11032 is the only 50 A, 120 V NPN Darlington bipolar power transistor what we can offer in TO-3.
