i am designing a AC-DC SPS to use the NCP1351. Now i have a question: The power of the IC comes from the bus capacitor(220Vac rectificaiton), but the IC-pin6's voltage is changing from 9V to 18V it does not work. the schematic, i follow the typical application of the ncp1351 please help me thanks a lot

In presence of badly coupled transformer, it can be quite difficult to detect an overload or a short-circuit on the primary side. When the feedback current disappears, a current source charges a capacitor connected to Pin 8. When the voltage on this pin reaches a certain level, all pulses are shut off and the VCC voltage is pulled down below the VCC(min) level.

The NCP1351B version enters an auto-recovery burst mode in presence of a fault.
