Can I use NCP1365 flyback converter with below application? 1.Input 85V~600V dc 2.Three isolate outputs, 5Vdc/12Vdc/15Vdc with 5% regulater? 3.total Output power, 2W~3W There can add 480V TVS to protect the HV pin.

If primary-side regulation works relatively well with a single-winding approach, I doubt it will deliver a similar performance with a multi-output configuration, in particular with the needed precision. Inserting a TVS or Zener diode in series with the HV pin is feasible, but the breakdown voltage depends on the current through the Zener and I am not sure safe operation could be ensured, especially when the HV source is turned off.
