To whom it may concern, Hello, there! I got an issue when I read the datasheet of NCP6925, the Power Management IC. I just wonder if there's any non-volatile memory (e.g. EEPROM ) integrated in the IC or not. If NCP6925 doesn't have the specification, please let me know if you have other products that satisfied my requirement. Wish you a pleasant day! Kind Regards, Jack Huang

This device NCP6925 integrates 2 high efficiency 1 A step−down DC−DC converters, 5 low dropout (LDO) voltage regulators and a triple input 10 bits ADC.

When we pull-down HWEN pin, all the internal registers are reset to their default state. Please note that there is a sleep mode in the part which keep all the internal registers setting. We can be in sleep mode by shutting down all the regulator by I²C and keeping HWEN high.

The current consumption in sleep mode is 7.5 µA typ.

If you remove the power supply, the internal register are reset to the default state. There is no EEPROM in the part.
