The ;Dynamic Self Supply; feature of the NCP101x circuits interests me as it could go with a two coil only flyback transformer. I am aware of your ;GreenPoint Simulation Tool; but it seems to support only LED output loads. How to design a transformer for a constant voltage 3.8 VDC output, typically just 100 mA load but with occasional 2.5 A load bursts? Input is 195...260 VAC, 50 Hz.\n\nI hope to use NCP1013 or NCP1014.

We do suggest to check SMPS book with detailed explanation of the , ;Switch-Mode Power Supplies: SPICE Simulations and Practical Designs;. http://cbasso.pagesperso-orange.fr/Spice.htm\n and in addition our application notes http://www.onsemi.com/pub_link/Collateral/AND8125-D.PDF and http://www.onsemi.com/pub_link/Collateral/AND8134-D.PDF\nThank you.
