Hi I am designing a circuit to drive a dc brush motor linear actuator with a stk681-360-e chip and would like to know if it is possible to change the current limit from the default 5.8amps to 3amps or should I be using a different driver chip.

It is possible to set current limit of STK 681-360-E to 3Amp by adding resistor between Vref1a and vref1b (e.g. pins 16 and 18). Answered by:
