HI\nI want to desighn buck converter with high efficacy that do the following:\nInput voltage :30V\nOutput voltage : can be adjust from 25V down to 3V while the output current can be 0—7A.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exact application note according your specifications.\nRegarding voltage buck controller we can suggest NCP3012.\nThe NCP3012 is a PWM device designed to operate from a wide input range and is capable of producing an output voltage as low as 0.8V.Please see our datasheet for more details. http://www.onsemi.com/PowerSolutions/pr ... id=NCP3012\n \nRegarding the current adjustment you can look for “current limit” keyword and possible solution would be to use N channel MOSFET which gate would be controlled by a comparator .Non inverting input of the comparator connect to resistor divider while inverting input is connected to the sensing resistor on the source of the N -channel MOSFET.
