hello, i have a question that, if P6SMB36CAT3G can alternative SZP6SMB36CAT3G when used in automotive.

The mfg process for an SZ prefix part is more controlled than a standard part by only sourcing a single die and assembly site that must be AEC-Q101 Qualified and PPAP capable. In order to change mfg sites for a given SZ prefix part, it would require a more rigorous customer acceptance process. Answered by:
