We would like to know if the current PSpice model of 1SMB5931BT3 can possibly result to the Maximum surge power of 200 watts as shown in the Datasheet and if possible do you have a test circuit for this model

The device mentioned is a Zener voltage regulator. Zener voltage regulators are specifically designed to work under DC conditions. Because of this the model is also designed in that way. The surge characteristics in the model are not necessarily accurate to what the real world device can handle. Please try it and see if it acts close or not. TVS zeners are designed to protect from surges and so these models reflect that and are designed to act like the real world parts under fast surge conditions. Answered by:
