ON Semiconductor has Integrated Catalyst Business Systems and Processes

Changes became effective on August 31, 2009

CHANGE DETAILS
All acquired Catalyst’s business processes and systems have been replaced by existing ON Semiconductor practices and procedures as of Monday, August 31, 2009. The changes that have been implemented directly impact continuing business operations and relationships with all Direct Customers of Catalyst products and all Channel Partners representing Catalyst solutions.

ON Semiconductor’s customer-facing teams – including our sales force, quality service staff, customer service representatives (CSR), distribution channel teams, and supply chain managers – remain available to you to address any post-transition matters or questions.

PRODUCT ORDERING
ON Semiconductor accepts orders in incremental package quantities. If orders received are not in our incremental package quantities, they will be placed on hold and our Customer Service Representative will be in contact with you regarding the adjustment of your order to meet this requirement. If you do not know our incremental package quantities, please consult with your Salesperson or Customer Service Representative.
