Product Description
The NCP4620 is a 150mA CMOS Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulator with an input voltage range of 1.4V to 10V and a 12V max input voltage. The device has excellent output accuracy at 1% with a low temperature coefficient of ±80ppm/°C. Safety features of the device included fold-back protection and thermal shutdown. The device comes in both a standard output and an Auto Discharge output configuration and is available in fixed output voltages from 1.2V to 6.0V in 100mV steps. It is available in the popular SOT23 and SC-70-5 packages. For specific package, output voltage and discharge configurations, contact your local sales representative.
