Bill Hall heads up ON Semiconductor’s Standard Products Group (SPG) – which includes the company’s broad portfolio of rectifiers, protection and control devices, small signal and transistor product offerings.

Mr. Hall has more than two decades of experience in the electronics industry. During his career, Mr. Hall has held various marketing and product line management positions and responsibilities including strategy development, new product development, profit and loss management and tactical business management. Prior to joining ON Semiconductor in 2006, Mr. Hall was Vice President and General Manager of the Standard Products Group at Fairchild Semiconductor. During his tenure with Fairchild, Mr. Hall also held roles as Vice President of the Interface, Logic and Switch Business Unit, and Vice President of Corporate Marketing. He has also held management positions with National Semiconductor and was a RADAR design engineer with RCA.

Mr. Hall earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in electrical engineering with an emphasis on signal processing and microelectronics from Drexel University in Philadelphia , PA. He has also completed coursework at MIT and Ontario’s London's Western Business School.
