Bill Schromm heads ON Semiconductor’s Computing and Consumer Groups (CCG) - which includes the company’s power switching, ac-dc, dc-dc, signal/interface, analog switching, logic, and low voltage power management product offerings for computing, portable and consumer applications.
Mr. Schromm has served as a Vice President at ON Semiconductor since 2000. He has led the company's Analog Products Group and its High Performance Analog division. Mr. Schromm served in various managerial and marketing positions at ON Semiconductor, including its Standard Logic, High Frequency Clock and Data Management, Signal and Interface businesses as well as corporate marketing.
Mr. Schromm began his career in electronics when he joined Motorola in 1980 where he held increasing responsibilities in engineering, product management and manufacturing operations, including an international assignment in Guadalajara, Mexico. Mr. Schromm earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Boston College and the University of Phoenix.
