Analog integrated circuits are developed at this location for the portfolios of pulse width modulation (PWM), power factor correction (PFC), DC to DC converter, and voltage regulation. Specific technologies deployed at this location include analog CMOS, Bi-CMOS, and Very High Voltage (VHV) integrated circuits. Familiar end products served by the products developed at this location include high efficiency notebook and desktop computers, LCD displays and monitors, set top boxes, battery chargers, and any end product that plugs into a wall outlet around the world.

The Roznov fab specializes in manufacturing of analog integrated circuits in bipolar technologies supporting automotive, computer, and portables end-markets. The Roznov site is also a supplier of raw silicon wafers and epitaxy for use within ON Semiconductor.

ON Semiconductor Czech Republic is also a manufacturer of silicon wafers and single crystals for the semiconductor industry. The silicon wafer is a basic material for manufacturing of the semiconductor components.

With more than 40 years of history and experience in silicon business, ON Semiconductor is ready to provide its customers with high quality products, excellent services and competitive pricing. We manufacture silicon polished prime, monitor/test and epitaxial wafers made of Czochralski-grown single crystals in 100, 150 mm diameters and doped by boron (B), phosphorus (P), arsenic (As) and antimony (Sb). The available resistivity covers the whole range used in semiconductor industry, including heavily doped phosphorus and arsenic materials. All manufactured products are tailored to our client's requirements to achieve maximum process efficiency and performance on end-user's applications. Our products are mainly used for production of discrete components (Zener and Schottky diodes, rectifiers, small-signal transistors, etc.) and integrated circuits manufactured by bipolar and/or CMOS technology.
